The hotel’s exclusive amenities fulfilled my luxurious needs. The service was impeccable and the spa & wellness centre was exceptional. The sauna and steam room were rejuvenating and the full body massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. The outdoor swimming pool was stunning and the beach access was convenient. The BBQ facilities and poolside snack bar were perfect for a delicious meal. The private facilities were exclusive and the location was ideal for exploring the city.

There was only one minor issue during my stay, the music at the pool was overly loud and not to my taste. However, it was a small issue and didn't affect my overall amazing experience at the hotel.

the staffs are friendly and helpful

they should state clearly that the room without seaview when booking the hotel. I need to pay extra to get the sea view which is surprise to me.

Value for money, good price for a nice and clean room

Location isn't perfect, a bit out of range of the "main street".

The hotel was very clean, with cozy rooms and comfortable beds. Along with the great sea view from the balcony, the location was perfect, right in the city center and by the beach. Breakfast had a good variety, including vegetarian options. Staff members were friendly, always ready to help me out.

This room rocked! It was big with a sea view balcony and separate seating area. The bathroom was very elegant and the aircon was powerful and yet very quiet. Big breakfast selection, although they were rather keen to clear up before the end of service. Lovely pool.

Need better blackout curtains especially in the bathroom as the light came through directly into the bedroom. The biggest issue however is that this hotel is approx 2 miles from the main tourist and restaurant areas.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice view. The breakfast spread was impressive and had a good variety of options to choose from.

Our experience was marred by a few things. The wifi was terrible and we struggled to get any connection in and around the hotel. Also, the staff were not very welcoming or helpful, which made us feel uncomfortable during our Christmas stay. Despite the nice location and amenities, the overall experience was disappointing.

I liked the bed, it was comfortable. The room was bigg enough. Friendly staff.

The breakfast was every day the same and the fruits had no flavor. Be carefull when you book at the tourdesk. (the snorkle tour was bad) Iff you plan to go on a tour you can find better and cheaper outside the hotel.

We spent our New Year here and enjoyed the festive decorations and free drinks. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast had a good variety of food. the hotel was situated close to the beach, and we could easily walk there in no time. , the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.

The TV in the room was not working, and the Wi-Fi was slow most of the time. the shower had hot water for a few seconds and then turned cold for several minutes, which was quite uncomfortable.

We had an enjoyable stay at a hotel that offered amazing views and service. The location is perfect, situated a stone's throw away from the beach with extra towel service. It's also close to the central local market, where you can shop for souvenirs. we loved the breakfast spread and the comfortable beds in our room with a nice bathroom.

The fitness center could use some improvements, as it's a bit outdated.

The hotel is very nice clean , modern, walking distant to beach, local shop. Very nice location and the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

The best thing of the hotel was the breakfast, it's superb!! Many many options and they varied the food every day! The facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pool, very big and beautiful. Nice tv with foreign channels where we could watch the Olympics! It's a very clean hotel! Very friendly staff. We want to make a special mention to the receptionist called NAM. He was very helpful and kind with us. Thank you!!!
